The steam bath, with its soothing aromatic fragrances has a temperature of about 45°C. The interplay of heat, aromas and up to 100% humidity stimulates blood circulation, cleanses the skin and relieves rheumatic complaints. In addition, the mobility of muscles and joints is activated and the whole body is purified. It is not only about sweating, but especially about opening the pores and activating the skin metabolism.
