On the day of arrival the booked rooms are available from approx. 15.00 o’clock. On the day of departure we ask you to leave the rooms until 10.30 a.m. for cleaning.

The train station in the direction of Karlsruhe, Stuttgart and Strasbourg is the Freudenstadt main station. We are happy to offer you a shuttle service for a fee.

Unused services will not be refunded. If you cancel your reservation for half board on one evening and would rather like to eat á la carte as a substitute, we will reimburse you € 20 per person.

You are welcome to rent our e-bikes for a surcharge. The bikes can only be booked for the whole day. We have 6 pieces, two of which are 2 Fullys (rear and front suspension) and two mountain bikes. Price per e-bike: 35 euros Price per fully: 45 euros Price per mountain bike: 20 euros We have helmets available, but would like to ask you to bring your own for hygienic reasons.

You are welcome to pay your bill in cash, with EC-card, Master Card, VISA or American Express, Maestro or V-Pay or transfer it as a pre-transfer to our account.

Our prices in Euro include the legally valid value added tax at the time of setting. Prices and arrangements are subject to change at any time.

Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue at 100%. From 3 to 5 years valid at 50% and from 5 years invalid. ATTENTION: Our arrangements change annually, please note that if vouchers are redeemed after one or more years, the amount actually paid for them will be deducted from your total bill or your currently booked offer. No payout for vouchers.

The locally determined visitor’s tax (Black Forest guest card) is currently charged separately at € 1.70 per adult person/night. The “Konus-Gästekarte” is valid for the entire Black Forest region during your stay and on the day of departure. You have free travel on all public buses and trains in the entire Black Forest region from Pforzheim to Basel.

All our hotel rooms are non-smoking.

We have enough parking spaces at the house, as well as in front of and opposite the hotel. There are no parking fees.

Our reception is open for you daily from 07.00 – 20.30.

According to “DEHOGA” German Hotel and Restaurant Association Your confirmation is binding for both partners. Cancellations are only valid in written form. In case of cancellations or changes of the booking (later arrival or earlier departure) the following cancellation rates will be charged from the booked arrangement:

If the room is sublet, free of charge, up to 7 days before arrival, 80% of the unused services 8-28 days before arrival, 50% of the unused services 29 days + free cancellation.

Please set the W-Lan Call on your smartphone. For the landline phone, the unit is charged at € 0.25.

Is available free of charge throughout the hotel

In all our rooms you will find a telephone, safe, LCD flat screen TV with radio stations, minibar, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer. For the sake of the environment, we ask you to bring your own bath slippers. Sauna towels and bathrobe are in a bag in your room which you are welcome to use during your stay. We ask you to leave them in your room upon departure.

Of course, your four-legged friends are also welcomed, not least because we can count our dog “Hexe” to the family for 13 years.

Despite everything, there are certain rules of conduct, which we would like to ask you to observe.

Dogs are to be kept on a leash in the entire hotel area.
Dogs are not allowed in the entire wellness area, as well as in the restaurant.
Of course, your pets always sleep on the floor in the hotel room. Sofa, bed and chairs are taboo.
The dog toilet must always be packed in provided dog waste bags

We charge 15,- € per day for your dog, excluding dog food.

Children up to 2 years are invited by us to sleep and have breakfast. At the breakfast buffet we have a few treats ready for the kids. Children’s bathrobes are available on request. Further prices for children are available on request. Children are also welcome to eat á la carte from the children’s menu.

For the vacation with your baby we equip the room with cribs on request.

Arrival and departure without visiting the reception is possible. Room keys can be retrieved via the SALTO app, which gives you access to the house and your room. If you provide your credit card details when making the reservation, we can charge your credit card on the day of departure and send the invoice by email

Our locker room with lockers is located next to the indoor pool. We assume no liability for the loss or damage of personal belongings. You can easily open and close the locker with a transponder chip, which you can attach to your wrist.
